Before delivery day
Outdoor settings can be bulky, especially lounges, dining tables and umbrellas. A quick access check avoids most delivery issues.
Measure gates, doorways, lifts, stairwells and tight turns before booking.
Tell us about stairs, steep driveways, apartments, parking limits or long carries.
Clear the path where possible so the delivery team can work efficiently.

Timing, incoming stock and storage
If your order is in stock, we can usually discuss pickup or delivery once payment is finalised. If it is incoming, a deposit secures the goods and we will contact you when the stock lands.
We are relaxed about timing if you need us to hold an order for a while. The main thing is to keep in touch so we know when you are ready to collect or book delivery.
Checking your order
Please inspect your order when it arrives or as soon as you unbox it. If there is transit damage, a missing part, an incorrect item or a visible manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days where possible and include photos.
That reporting window helps us move quickly with freight carriers and suppliers. It does not remove your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
