Hi Hartley’s ! We were on a mission to find a new outdoor lounge suite and had visited Segals and we’re on our way to Harvey Norman when we noticed a sign on the road saying outdoor furniture… what an understatement!! It was the best range of quality outdoor furniture we had seen in Perth. Daryl was easy to deal with and let us wonder around sitting on couches but was readily available with all the relevant information when required. We had the misfortune of being given the wrong colour cushions when we pick the lounge up but one call to Daryl at the showroom he had offered to deliver the correct ones on his way home !! We would recommend Hartley’s to anyone looking for quality outdoor furniture that’s a bit different to the mainstream offer. Thanks Hartley’s

Hartley's Outdoor Living saved my 30th Birthday and Housewarming party. I called the store last minute about 20mins before closing and Mack helped me with all of my questions and needs even though they were short staffed and had multiple customers in the store to serve. I was able to get the outdoor furniture I wanted from the display setting, plus another corner table. All done within 30mins and Mack helped me carry it all to my car. The staff stayed back past closing time to ensure I was able to have the furniture I wanted for my event the same day and it was very last minute too! Nothing was too much or too hard for them and they had great attention to detail - I almost forgot a throw cushion I bought, but Mack made sure to remind me about it as he could see I was pressed for time and was trying to coordinate with my delivery driver! The staff made sure I was able to fit all the outdoor furniture between my car and the delivery drivers car before shutting up for the day. Thanks Mack and the staff at Hartley's Outdoor Furniture for service with a smile and for helping me have the best event possible! I really appreciate your great customer service, speed and remembering my name! My outdoor furniture looks great and is really comfortable. Great for chilling in the sun while having my morning coffee and home office meetings! 10/10 would recommend anyone to go here for their outdoor furniture needs, there are many nice options and attractive sale prices at the moment made for a good value buy. This is the second time I’ve bought an outdoor setting from Hartley’s Outdoor Furniture Osborne Park and I had a great experience both times which is why I came back.
